- Upon availing the product and service, the customer will pay the plan rate plus PHP 1000.00 setting fee.
- The customer may pay either thru Cash on Delivery, Gcash or Bank.
- Monthly billing will be sent 5 days before the client's due date via SMS, phone calls, email and Kakaotalk account after 1 month of purchasing the product.
- Lines will be disconnected if the customer fails to pay the balance on the due date without any response after receiving notification.
- If the product is not working on your area, or delivered damage in anyway kindly contact our Customer Service Support immediately for assistance. Our company will accept returned item and replace it only until 3 days from the original date of your purchase.
- If you ever used our item for more than 3 days, you will no longer be eligible to return the item. Our item should be used for a minimum of 30 calendar days. We'll only be handling the return of routers and refund your security deposit after 1 month.

If the product is defective or loss after 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase and you still want to continue using the service, Coreon Mobile Solutions Inc, will replace the damage/loss product upon your request. If you wish to return the item and would want to exchange it with the upgraded model, the company will acknowledge your request and determine the additional payment on the account of the cost of a new item purchased.
